Moisturizer

Moisturizer for beauty treatment

You Will Need

  • Two teaspoons warm Green Tea
  • Two teaspoons Glycerine
  • One teaspoon Organic Honey
  • One teaspoon fresh Lemon Juice

Method – Mix all the ingredients in a glass container and store in the fridge. Use it daily to moisturise and hydrate your face.

Benefit – All skin types can use the moisturizer, but it is ideal for oily and acne-prone skin. It helps prevent outbreaks and controls excess oil.

Face Pack

You Will Need

  • Three tablespoons Organic Honey
  • One tablespoon Cinnamon Powder

Method – Mix cinnamon powder with honey to form a smooth paste. Apply the pack and keep it on for 10-15 minutes and then wash it off with lukewarm. 

Benefit – The face pack helps reduce dark spots and fine lines. 

Body Scrub

You Will Need

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1/4 cup Brown Sugar
  • Two tablespoons Honey
  • 1/2 cup Organic Coconut Oil

Method – Grind the oats coarsely. Add the oats, brown sugar, honey, and coconut oil to it. Use the scrub on your body to achieve soft and smooth skin.

Benefit – The scrub exfoliates your skin, clean your pores, and gives your skin the boost it needs to look healthy, radiant, and flawless.

Lip Exfoliator

You Will Need

  • One tablespoon Organic Coconut Oil
  • One tablespoon Organic Honey
  • Two tablespoons Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 tablespoon lukewarm Water

Method – Mix the coconut oil and honey well. Then add brown sugar and lukewarm water to the mixture. Rub the mixture on your lips in a circular motion for 2-3 minutes and then rinse off with lukewarm water.

 Benefit – The lip exfoliator removes dead skin, repairs chapped lips, and makes your lips soft and supple.

Hair Mask

You Will Need

  • One tablespoon Black Seeds (Kalonji)
  • One tablespoon Fenugreek Seed (Methi)
  • One tablespoon Honey
  • Two tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1/4 tsp Cinnamon Powder

Method – Grind the black seeds and fenugreek seeds to a fine powder. Place all the ingredients in a bowl and add water or coconut milk to make a paste. Set it aside for 1 hour (or overnight if you can).

Benefit – The hair mask prevents hair loss and makes your hair grow thicker and stronger.

Foot Soak

You Will Need

  • 1 cup Yellow Listerine
  • 1 cup White Vinegar
  • 2 cups of water

Method – Add all ingredients to a foot bath. Soak your feet for 10-15 minutes, then use a pumice stone or a scrubby sponge to remove softened dead skin. 

Benefit – The foot soak repairs cracked heels, eliminates foot fungus, and prevents calluses.

Hand Lotion

You Will Need

  • 1/2 cup Shea Butter
  • Two tablespoon Almond Oil
  • 10-15 drops Lavender Essential Oil (optional) 

Method – Melt the shea butter and almond oil together. Pour the concoction in a bowl and keep it in the fridge to cool for 10-15 minutes, just to the point that the mixture starts to solidify and become translucent. Don’t let it fully harden. Add the lavender essential oils. Using a handheld mixer, mix until it becomes creamy. Transfer to a glass jar to store.

Benefit – The hand lotion prevents signs of aging, reduces inflammation, and is incredibly hydrating and moisturizing without leaving a greasy residue.
