1. Brandy Old Fashioned Sweet
Ingredients:
- Preferred brandy – about 60ml
- A tiny spoonful of cherry juice
- Sugar cube – 1 or 1tsp of sugar
- A splash of orange juice
- Bitters
- Any sweet fizzy drink
- Ice
- Orange slice, cherry – for garnish
Method:
- Place all ingredients in a glass and stir vigorously.
- Add ice cubes.
- Garnish with the orange slice and cherry. Serve.

2. Charred Lemon-Gin Sparkler
Ingredients:
For the charred lemon juice:
- Lemons, halved – 12
- For gin rosemary mixer:
- Small sprigs of rosemary, cut in half
- Sugar – 6 Tbsp
- Gin – 2 cups
- Charred lemon juice – 1 cup
For each cocktail:
- Gin rosemary mixer – 1/4 cup
- Sparkling wine – 2 Tbsp
- Ice
- Rosemary sprig – for garnish
Method:
- To prepare the charred lemon juice, preheat a cast iron skillet over high heat. Place lemon halves cut side down and cook until well charred. It should take about 2 minutes. After they’ve cooled down, squeeze out juice and strain the seeds.
- For the gin rosemary mixer, in a pitcher or a jar, combine rosemary and sugar, mixing roughly with a wooden spoon until you can smell the rosemary. Now add the gin and lemon juice. Stir until the sugar dissolves. Refrigerate; remove rosemary after an hour or so.
- To prepare the cocktail, fill a glass with ice. Pour the gin rosemary mixer through a fine strainer.
- Top this with sparkling wine and stir lightly.
- Garnish with a sprig of fresh rosemary. Serve.

3. Evergreen Swizzle
Ingredients:
- Gin – 45ml
- Yellow Chartreuse – 45ml
- Pine Liqueur – 15ml
- Fresh Lime Juice – 15ml
- Syrup – 15ml
Method:
- Shake all ingredients with ice.
- Pour into a glass filled with crushed ice.
- Stir or swizzle with a swizzle stick, add more crushed ice.
- Garnish with a sprig of rosemary and serve.

Ingredients:
- Tequila – 1 ½
- Fresh lemon juice – ¾ parts
- Liqueur
- Ice
Method:
- Put all ingredients in a shaker, add ice, and shake.
- Fine strain the contents into a chilled coupe.
- Garnish with a lemon twist and serve.

5. Cranberry Bourbon Negroni

Ingredients:
- Pure cranberry soda – about 120ml
- Bourbon – 60ml
- Campari – 60ml
- Sweet vermouth – 60ml
- Ice cubes
- Orange twists for garnish
- Sugar – 1/4 cup
- Orange wedge – 1
Method:
- Add cranberry soda, bourbon, Campari, and vermouth in a cocktail shaker, and give it a good shake.
- Pour sugar on a plate. Rub the rim of a glass with the orange wedge and dunk the rim into the sugar.
- Now, fill the glass halfway with ice.
- Pour the cranberry bourbon mixture into the glass and garnish with an orange peel.

6. Hot Buttered Rum
Ingredients:
For the spiced butter mix:
- Butter – 1 stick
- Brown sugar – 1/2 cup
- Cinnamon – 1 1/2 tsp
- Nutmeg – 1 tsp
- Cloves – 1/2 tsp
- Ginger – 1/2 tsp
For the rum cocktail:
- 1 large spoonful of the prepared spiced butter
- 1 shot dark rum
- Boiling hot water
For garnish:
- Orange peel
- Cinnamon stick
Method:
To make spiced butter:
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened butter with brown sugar and spices.
- Mix well and set aside.
To make hot buttered rum:
- In an Irish coffee glass or any other mug, add the spiced butter and rum.
- Pour hot water on top and stir well.
- Garnish with orange peel and cinnamon stick.

7. Whiskey Sour
Ingredients:
- Double rye – 60ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice – 15ml
- Syrup – 15ml
- Egg white – 1
- Brandied cherries – for garnish
Method:
- Chill a martini glass.
- Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice and shake until chilled.
- Strain back into the shaker to shake again with no ice.
- Double strain into the chilled martini glass.
- Garnish with bitters and brandied cherries.

Ingredients:
- Bourbon – 60ml
- Cranberry juice – 20ml
- Fresh lemon juice – 10ml
- Rosemary honey syrup – 20ml
Method:
- To make the rosemary honey syrup, take 1 quarter of boiling water and add 7-10 sprigs of rosemary. Cover and let it rest for ten minutes, then remove rosemary, mix with 1 quarter of honey, and stir until honey has dissolved.
- Mix this with the rest of the ingredients. Just make sure to add the lemon juice at the last minute.
- Stir well and serve.

9. Hot Toddy
Ingredients:
- Bourbon – 45ml
- Honey syrup – 15ml
- Lemon slices – 2
- Hot water – 75ml
- Cinnamon stick for garnish
Method:
- Muddle 2 lemon slices in a whiskey glass.
- Add all other remaining ingredients and stir in the glass. Garnish with a cinnamon stick.

10. Winter Wonderland
Ingredients:
- Vodka – 45ml
- Peppermint schnapps – 20ml
- White chocolate liqueur – 20ml
- Candy cane – to decorate
- Sugar
- Mix all the ingredients and chill.
- Pour into a sugar-rimmed martini glass.
- Garnish with a candy cane hanging on the rim and serve.
