  • Coffee concentrate: 1 part
  • Coconut water: 4 parts
  • Lime or Orange zest: To garnish {optional}

Method

  1. Prepare the coffee concentrate by pouring 1/4th of a cup of hot water over two tablespoons of coffee and one tablespoon of sugar. Let it sit till the mixture comes to room temperature and the sugar dissolves. You could also cold brew it overnight. Strain out the ground coffee
  2. Pour this coffee concentrate into a glass full of ice cubes and top with chilled coconut water
  3. Garnish with a strip of lime or orange zest for an exciting twist
