8. Coorg

This town  in Karnataka is famed the world over for its stunning natural beauty. Its low hills, coffee plantations and quaint markets make it one of the best places to spend a monsoon. Apart from walking in the clouds, there’s also a giant national park, where you could go on a safari, or tourist attractions, such as the monastery to take in.
